• call the Sound Choice Enforcement Hotline at 888-854-2792 and select option 1.

For questions about signing up for the VCSH program as a venue or registering as a host:

Due to the volume of inquiries, we cannot provide telephone support at this time, but we respond to email questions within 2 business days. Please include your name and a daytime telephone number, in case we need to contact you.

For questions about getting legal:

• call Sound Choice at 800-788-4487.

Explain that you are a karaoke host who is looking to get legal. Don’t worry, as long as you are making an honest and determined effort to pay for your content legally, you will not be joined in a lawsuit. We even offer substantial discounts and offer financing. But you must be honest in the number of shows and systems you are running, or else you will not be adequately covered.

If you have received notice that you were sued by Sound Choice and want to discuss a settlement:

• call our enforcement hotline, 888-854-2792.

If you call outside our usual business hours, you can leave a message and someone will return your call within 1-2 business days.
